We are selling this trike as Is with any and all faults. I have no idea how many miles it has or from what year the VW motor came from. The chrome on the rear wheels is peeling. The front tire is a new Harley-Davidson branded Dunlop, the rear tires are automotive style and in good shape. The hardware all over this trike is rusty and corroded the springer front end has good chrome as does the front wheel. The VW motor starts easily and it shifts through the gears, it has a volt meter on the dash and an oil pressure gauge mounted on the motor, show 40 psi on the gauge. It was built for a shorter person the controls are cramped if you have long legs. The front and rear seat set the true standards for homemade, they look like a pillow that is wrapped in black vinyl. The horn does not work, at least not with the horn button. The wiring under the handlebars looks like a rats nest, but amazingly the blinkers work and the headlight and running lights work. The paint is literally a rattle can spray job and they did not want to spend the money on masking tape, it has overspray all over it which does complement the runs in the paint. Its a good thing the motor was a German built VW that has a bullet proof reputation, because the rest of the trike is very poor. The 2010 year model does not mean its only four years old, when a homemade vehicle is titled most states title it as the same year model. It was built and titled in Tennessee and has a Tennessee assigned VIN number.
